THE WELLING'S STUDIO - $55/Hour
MAX OF 8 GUESTS AT ONE TIME
This studio has a rustic masculine feel with exposed brick walls, original tin ceilings, Bourbon bar, a high end Pottery Barn Chesterfield sofa, restored 1950's pool table, antique piano, and so much more. This studio is 1k square feet and offers two rooms with very unique looks. The front room has dark and moody lighting, the back room has a whole wall of windows filling the room with tons of natural light. This room is perfect for models, small families, boudoir, and groom/groomsmen getting ready space. The Welling's studio has first floor access, central ac/heat, and a private bathroom.
*There is a max of 8 guests in this studio, no large group sessions are allowed at this time.
THE BALLROOM STUDIO - $60/Hour
At 2k square feet, this space is large and has a lot to offer in versatile background options and furniture props. The ballroom has a stage with grand piano, 9 large windows, 14ft foot ceilings, rustic walls with moody lighting. Windows in this space: 1 facing east (on stage), 4 windows facing north and 4 windows facing west. This space is great for individual sessions, family sessions and more.
**This studio has allows up to 6 guests under the regular rental price, if you will have more than 6 guests, you must select the larger group option (add-ons). Max guest limit of 18 guests without prior approval.
THE LIFESTYLE STUDIO - $40/Hour
At 700 square feet, this space is great for boudoir, families, newborns, models and more. It has 4 large windows and a bright white ceiling. Windows in this space: 2 facing south and 2 facing west. This space has a modern tufted bed, west elm leather sofa, 10ft tall wood pocket door, 14ft ceilings, rustic wall, and a bright white wall. It has a lot to offer as far as props and versatility.
**This studio has allows up to 6 guests under the regular rental price, if you will have more than 6 guests, you must select the larger group option (add-ons). Max guest limit of 12 guests without prior approval.
THE BOHO STUDIO - $35/Hour
Our most intimate studio at just 200 square feet, but is easily one of our favorites. It is perfect for newborns, boudoir, and motherhood sessions. With the creamy white shiplap walls, textured bedding and plants, this space is so inviting. The lighting in this studio is a crowd favorite with 2 large south facing windows it receives bright light all day. This space has 14ft ceilings, original hardwood floors, small bed, accent chair, and newborn props/baskets.
**This studio is our smallest studio and because of that we only allow up to 4 guests at one time.
THE LOFT STUDIO - $45/Hour
One of our modern favorites, with it's white walls and floors make it bright, beautiful and a neutral space to create. The loft has three large windows, 11 foot original tin ceilings, and a small kitchenette w/baking props. The Pottery Barn and West Elm furniture make this space both cozy and modern. This studio is on the second floor of our building. It's perfect for small families, headshots, boudoir and maternity. We allow a max of 6 guests in this space. We no longer allow cake smashes in the Loft Studio - The Milestone Studio is now the only cake smash studio for children.

THE HAMPTON STUDIO - $45/Hour
Adult Only Studio
One of newest studios, with an old world Morrocan flair. This space is reserved for Adult Guests only. The Hampton has five large windows, exposed brick walls and original wood floors. This space is perfect for moody boudoir, branding, maternity sessions, couples boudoir and more.
**MAX LIMIT OF 2 GUESTS

At 2k square feet, this space is large and has a lot to offer in versatile background options and furniture props. The ballroom boasts a stage with grand piano, antique poster bed for boudoir/family sessions, large selection of chairs and sofas, and various antique props to work with. This space has 9 large windows, 14ft foot ceilings, rustic walls with moody lighting. Windows in this space: 1 facing east (on stage), 4 windows facing north and 4 windows facing west. This space is great for individual sessions, family sessions and more.
**This studio allows up to 6 guests under the regular rental price, if you will have more than 6 guests, you must select the larger group option (add-ons). Max guest limit of 18 guests without prior approval.
DUNNVIEW STUDIO - OPEN September-April

This studio does not have AC and is closed during the summer months.
It will reopen again at the end of September.

THIS LOCATION IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM OUR MAIN STUDIO BUILDING. IT WILL BE PET FRIENDLY, BUT PHOTOGRAPHER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING CLIENT LIABILITY AND EXPECTATIONS. MAX OF TWO PETS AT ONE TIME IN THIS STUDIO SPACE.
